Effective Immediately: All Ohio residents must now register their ATVs and Snowmobiles in Pennsylvania because the state of Ohio recently eliminated the reciprocity provision in Ohio for out-of-state residents. This means that Ohio is no longer a reciprocating state. We must have proof of Pennsylvania registration before we can sell a ANF trail permit to Ohio residents in accordance with State of Pennsylvania Law. Out-of-state registrations are honored for all states EXCEPT Maryland, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, or Vermont |
